Three things before anything else

BZWTP is not a clean-up project. It is municipal infrastructure that treats the waste stream as a material stream — with revenues, offtake contracts and an operating break-even.

USD 95.6M in total. 37.5M to raise.

The balance is covered by operating revenues, partner contribution and in-kind support. The pilot request is under 0.5% of the total — and it is what unlocks everything else.
